What if the other partners don't take care of the vehicle?
€500 deposit + deterrent penalties
Each partner deposits a security deposit. Damages are charged directly to the responsible party. In addition, the penalty system ensures that no one wants to take risks. Mistervan manages and mediates any conflict.
Will I be able to travel whenever I want, even in the summer?
Yes, with contractually guaranteed dates
The high season (June 15 - September 15) is planned before the year begins. Your modality defines how many days you are guaranteed. Equitable rotation system with Mistervan as arbitrator.
It's 12 months. What happens if my situation changes?
Assignment of a spot in justified cases
The contract is annual, but there is the possibility to transfer your spot to a third party in cases of duly justified force majeure. The pre-reservation is free and with no obligation: nothing is activated until you confirm.

FAQ

The pre-booking is completely free and without obligation. Only when Mistervan confirms admission and the group is formed, the €500 activation deposit is requested (which is deducted from the total annual fee).
The high season (June 15 - September 15) is planned before it starts. The rest of the year operates by quarters: a pre-booking window opens 60 days before each quarter, and dates are confirmed 30 days prior. You can exchange days with other partners with Mistervan's validation.
Yes. You can designate a second driver for each reservation (they must meet the insurer's age and license requirements). Non-driving companions have no restrictions.
More than 21 days in advance: no penalty. Between 7 and 21 days: a penalty of 50% per day. Less than 7 days: a penalty of 100%. This ensures that the calendar is available to all members.
Pick-up and drop-off is at Mistervan's headquarters in Castelldefels, Barcelona. Check-in from 10:00 AM, check-out before 9:00 PM. Free parking for your car for the entire trip.
Yes. In addition to the annual lump sum payment (with a discount), we offer financing from 3 to 24 months through a partner company. 12 months is recommended so it doesn't overlap with the annual renewal. Financing is subject to external approval.
