How it works:
Investor or Owner
Sponsor the purchase and commissioning (investor) or lease your rental vehicle (owner)
Mistervan:
Manages purchase, insurance, tax, maintenance, reservations
Partner agency:
Manages parking, rentals, customers, repairs.
The annual management fees will be fully covered by the first rents.

Net profit is distributed as follows: Inverter 40%, Agency 30%,
Mistervan 30%
The 100% of the rental extras billed will be for the agency.
Extra insurance: 30% of the agency's total insurance sales.
Every 2 years The camper is sold at the same value as the purchase, and a new one is bought to continue the business.

Currently, we work with 3 vehicle segments as they are the most in-demand for rentals and therefore the most profitable: VW California T7 4-seater camper van, 5-seater semi-integrated motorhome, and Elnagh 4-seater large camper van.
That depends on your reception capacity and annual workload. Our goal is to get the maximum possible return from each vehicle. From 1 camper to 10 would be the normal amount depending on the size and workload of each collaborating agency.
Rental prices are decided jointly between the partner agency and Mistervan, taking into account seasons and average annual rental prices, with the aim of achieving expected revenue targets.
Mistervan promotes its rental platform through its communication channels to generate rentals. The agency and the owner company collaborate in the promotion through their own channels (web, social media).
Rental commissions from agencies are paid monthly by Mistervan.
All our campers are equipped with solar panels, auxiliary batteries, and inverters. In addition to diesel heating, an awning, camping accessories (outdoor table and chairs, electrical cables, leveling blocks). The agency is responsible for supplying a complete set of kitchenware.
