Comprehensive Management is designed so you don't have to worry about anything. It's ideal for those who want to maximize the profitability of their camper, limit their personal use, and delegate the entire process. Your camper will be parked at our agencies and will be primarily dedicated to rentals.
We handle the entire camper rental process for you: listing management, pickup, return, and condition checks. We offer phone support to travelers, and the vehicle remains at your home or parking spot. The service is offered at your location depending on our agents' availability.

The annual fixed expenses, both those of the owner and Mistervan, will be fully covered by the initial rents.

Your camper must have your mandatory Civil Liability insurance active. During rentals, the vehicle is protected thanks to the travel insurance purchased by the renter, which covers damages to the vehicle or roadside assistance. Mistervan has its “bailed goods” insurance to protect your camper during our services.
We work with Yescapa and Camplify because, in our experience, they are the most effective at generating rentals and the safest in case of damage or problems caused to the vehicle. We decided to voluntarily exclude platforms that do not offer travel insurance for our owners' campers.
Mistervan handles the entire damage management process, from reporting to the platform and insurance, to collecting the deductible from the responsible traveler, and even the complete repair of your vehicle. Our commitment is to return your camper to its original condition.
In case of mechanical failure during a trip, the owner is responsible for carrying out the repair immediately to ensure the trip can continue. In case of failures before a scheduled rental, it is good practice to repair the camper as quickly as possible to guarantee confirmed rentals.
The profits generated from renting out your camper and the associated rental expenses must be declared on your annual tax return. We recommend consulting a trusted tax advisor to avoid unnecessary penalties.
