How it works:
Owner company:
Transfers the vehicle and handles insurance and taxes.
Mistervan:
Manage bookings, maintenance, damages, marketing.
Partner agency:
Manages parking, rentals, customers, repairs.
The annual fixed expenses, both those of the owner (Freelancer or Company) and those of Mistervan, will be fully covered by the initial rentals.

Owner expenses €2,000 (insurance, taxes)
Mistervan Expenses: €2,000 (maintenance, consumables, spare parts, marketing)
Net profit is distributed as follows: Parent company 50%, Agency 30%, Mistervan 20%

Rental prices are decided jointly between the managing agency and Mistervan, taking into account seasonality and average annual rental prices, with the aim of maximizing the overall profitability of each vehicle.
Mistervan promotes its rental platform through its communication channels to generate rentals. The collaborating agency and the owning company collaborate by promoting through their own channels (web, social media).
Rental profits, minus Mistervan's commissions, will be deposited to the owning company monthly.
It would be ideal if all delegated campers had a solar panel, auxiliary battery, and inverter. In addition to diesel heating and an awning. The minimum a camper must have is camping accessories (outdoor table and chairs, electrical cables, leveling wedges) and complete kitchenware.
