SUBJECT AND ACCEPTANCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, \u00abT&amp;C\u00bb) govern the contractual relationship between Mistervan Camper S.L. (hereinafter, \u00abMistervan\u00bb) and any person who accesses, uses, or contracts services through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/mistervan.es\/en\/\">www.mistervan.es<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/mistervan.es\/en\/alquiler-camper\/\">https:\/\/mistervan.es\/alquiler-camper\/<\/a> (hereinafter, the \u00abWebsite\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to the Website and\/or the hiring of any service implies full acceptance, without reservation, of these T&amp;Cs in the version published at the time of access or hiring. If the User does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. SERVICES OFFERED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the Website, Mistervan offers the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Camper and motorhome rentals:<\/strong> Occasional vehicle rentals for vacation or leisure use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social Club (usage subscription):<\/strong> periodic access to the vehicle fleet through a subscription fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Long-term rental:<\/strong> Use of vehicles for extended periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investment \/ Fleet Participation Program<\/strong> Investor or vehicle owner collaboration with Mistervan for fleet management and operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extras and additional services:<\/strong> Complementary products or services to the booking (equipment, additional insurance, pickup\/delivery, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specific conditions for each service are detailed in the corresponding contracting sheet and, where applicable, in the specific contract signed with the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. ACCESS AND CONTRACTING CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To contract Mistervan's services, the User must be over 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to contract, be in possession of a valid and current driver's license (for rental services), and provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mistervan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking or contract request if there are indications of fraud, non-compliance with requirements, or for justified objective reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. HIRING AND CONFIRMATION PROCESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hiring process is carried out through the Website or linked external platforms (MyBooking, Yescapa, Camplify, or others). The contract is perfected when Mistervan sends the User the reservation confirmation by email, which acts as proof of hiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac) including VAT. Mistervan reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. PAYMENTS, GUARANTEE, AND BILLING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment terms, accepted methods, security deposit, and refund policy are regulated in detail in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mistervan.es\/en\/politica-de-compra-y-devolucion\/\">Purchase and Return Policy<\/a><\/strong>, which forms an integral part of these T&amp;Cs and is available on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In summary: partial or full payment is required to confirm the reservation; a security deposit is required before the start of the rental; and cancellation refunds are subject to the penalty schedule set forth in that policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. USER OBLIGATIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User agrees to use Mistervan's services in good faith and in accordance with the law, to provide authentic and current documentation, to take care of and use the vehicles correctly, to respect traffic, parking, and coexistence regulations, to immediately report any incident, breakdown, or damage, and not to transfer the vehicle to unauthorized third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the termination of the contract, retention of the security deposit, and claim for additional damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. OBLIGATIONS OF MISTERVAN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mistervan commits to delivering vehicles in optimal safety and operating condition, informing the User of the vehicle's characteristics and limitations, managing incidents with the utmost diligence, and respecting the conditions agreed upon at the time of contracting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. RESPONSIBILITY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mistervan will not be liable for damages or harm resulting from the User's incorrect use of the vehicle, circumstances beyond Mistervan's control (force majeure, adverse weather conditions, acts of third parties), or the conditions or operation of third-party platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mistervan's liability to the User shall in any case be limited to the amount effectively paid for the contracted service, unless otherwise established by applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on the Website (texts, images, videos, logos, design, source code, and any other element) is the property of Mistervan Camper S.L. or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property regulations. Its reproduction, distribution, modification, or public communication without express written authorization is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. DATA PROTECTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mistervan.es\/en\/politica-de-privacidad-del-sitio-web\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong> from Mistervan, available on the Website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018 (LOPDGDD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. COOKIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of cookies on the Website is regulated in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mistervan.es\/en\/politica-de-cookies\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a><\/strong>, available on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. MODIFICATIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mistervan reserves the right to modify these T&amp;Cs at any time to adapt them to regulatory, operational, or business changes. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Website. Users are advised to consult these T&amp;Cs periodically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These T&amp;Cs are governed by Spanish law.
