Purpose of this policy<\/b><\/h2>\n

This Purchase and Return Policy governs the conditions applicable to all reservations, purchases of services, and payments made through the website. <\/span>www.mistervan.es<\/b> y <\/span>www.mistervan.es\/camper-rental\/<\/b>, managed by Mistervan Camper LLC.<\/b>, hereinafter \u201cMrVan\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Camper and motorhome rental reservations.<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Additional services linked to the reservation.<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Digital products or materials associated with the user experience.<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Purchase Process and Reservation Confirmation<\/b><\/h3>\n

    2.1. Availability and Pricing<\/b><\/h3>\n

    • All prices are shown in euros (\u20ac), VAT included.<\/span>\n

      <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

    • Availabilities are updated in real-time through the management platform (MyBooking).<\/span>\n

      <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

    • The final price may vary depending on the season, duration, selected extras, or promotions.<\/span>\n

      <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2.2. Reservation Confirmation<\/b><\/h3>\n

      A reservation is formalized when:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The user completes the online payment process or accepts a quote sent by Mistervan.<\/span>\n

        <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

      2. Mistervan sends a <\/span>confirmation email<\/b>, acting as proof of purchase.<\/span>\n

        <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2.3. User Modifications<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Modifications (dates, extras, additional driver, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3. Payments and deposit<\/b><\/h3>\n

        3.1. Payments<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Mistervan accepts payment by card, bank transfer, or methods offered by the booking platform.<\/span>
        <\/span> To confirm any reservation, the following is required:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Partial or total payment (depending on vehicle conditions or applicable promotion).<\/span>\n

          <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3.2. Bond<\/b><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Always one is retained <\/span>bond<\/b> Before the start of the rental.<\/span>\n

            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

          • This deposit is used to cover damages, extraordinary cleaning, fines, or misuse as per the <\/span>Damage Policy<\/b> from Mistervan.<\/span>\n

            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

          • The refund is issued between 3 and 10 days after delivery, once the vehicle inspection is completed.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4. Cancellation and Refund Policy (updated per contract)<\/b><\/h3>\n

            4.1. Customer-Requested Cancellations<\/b><\/h3>\n

            Cancellations will be strictly governed by the same criteria as the Mistervan Rental Agreement:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

            More than 15 days before the start of the rental<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

            Between 15 and 7 days before the start of the rental<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

            		\n

            50% of the amount paid<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

            \n

            Less than 7 days until the rental begins<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

            		\n

            0% \u2014 Non-refundable<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

            Operational Notes:<\/b><\/p>\n

              \n
            • If the booking was made through an external platform (Yescapa, Camplify, etc.), their own conditions regarding management fees or commissions will also apply.<\/span>\n

              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

            • Modifying the dates within those timeframes is considered a cancellation for refund purposes, unless Mistervan can offer a no-cost alternative (subject to availability).<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4.2. Free cancellation due to force majeure<\/b><\/h3>\n

              The user may cancel free of charge when there are justified and unavoidable causes according to applicable legislation (serious illness, official restrictions, etc.), always with supporting documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

              4.3. Cancellations by Mistervan<\/b><\/h3>\n

              Can a reservation be canceled due to:<\/span><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Serious vehicle breakdown.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Force majeure events that prevent service provision.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Objective safety risks (extreme weather, etc.).<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                In these cases, Mistervan will offer the client:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Switch to another available vehicle at no extra cost; or<\/span>\n

                  <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                2. Refund of amounts paid under 100%.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  No additional compensation is assumed unless legally required.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/b><\/h3>\n

                  In accordance with European regulations, the right of withdrawal <\/span>does not apply<\/b> a:<\/span><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Vehicle rental services with specific use dates.<\/span>
                    <\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Services already performed or in progress.<\/span>\n

                    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Therefore, the confirmed reserves <\/span>they cannot be freely withdrawn<\/b>; The cancellation rules from point 4 apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    6. Vehicle Delivery and Return<\/b><\/h3>\n

                    6.1. Delivery<\/b><\/h3>\n

                    The client must present themselves with:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • DNI\/NIE\/Passport.<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Original driver's license.<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Bail bond payment card.<\/span>\n

                      <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      6.2. Return<\/b><\/h3>\n
                        \n
                      • It must take place on the agreed-upon date, time, and location.<\/span>\n

                        <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                      • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level, clean, and undamaged.<\/span>\n

                        <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        6.3. Delays<\/b><\/h3>\n

                        Delays exceeding 1 hour may incur additional charges according to current rates.<\/span><\/p>\n

                        7. Damage, Cleaning, and Misuse Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

                        The reservation implies acceptance of the <\/span>Damage Policy<\/b>, whose basic principles are:<\/span><\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • Any damage detected will be charged to the customer through the security deposit.<\/span>\n

                          <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                        • If the damage exceeds the security deposit, the platform's insurance procedure will be initiated.<\/span>\n

                          <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                        • Extraordinary cleaning (insects, sand, excessive mud, odors, unemptied toilet, etc.) incurs additional charges.<\/span>\n

                          <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                        • The misuse of the vehicle (dangerous off-roading, negligent driving, prohibited events, etc.) voids insurance coverage and creates direct liability for the user.<\/span>\n

                          <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          8. Service Guarantees and Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\n

                          8.1 Service Guarantee<\/b><\/h3>\n

                          Mistervan guarantees that the vehicles:<\/span><\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • They receive periodic maintenance.<\/span>\n

                            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                          • They are delivered, inspected, and in safe condition.<\/span>\n

                            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                          • They deliver on the advertised services.<\/span>\n

                            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            8.2. User Responsibility<\/b><\/h3>\n

                            The client is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

                              \n
                            • The correct use of the vehicle.<\/span>\n

                              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                            • The safekeeping and return of keys, documentation, and accessories.<\/span>\n

                              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                            • Comply with traffic and parking regulations.<\/span>\n

                              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                            • Report any incidents immediately.<\/span>\n

                              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              9. Refunds: Procedure and Deadlines<\/b><\/h3>\n

                              • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.<\/span>\n

                                <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                              • The standard timeframe is 5 to 14 business days.<\/span>\n

                                <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                              • Mistervan may retain part of the amount if there are damages, outstanding fines, or extraordinary cleaning costs.<\/span>\n
